Part 1 of this workshop will discuss the effects of a Somatic Experiencing Stabilization Program (SESP) on PTSD, mindfulness, and social support levels among refugee women in Turkey. Part 2 of this workshop focuses on a recent study utilizing Somatic Experiencing and Art Therapy among survivors of sex trafficking in Nepal.
