What do you think of when you hear the word “perspective?”
We think of 2021 – and the new perspective we got from a(nother) year with COVID-19, new and more diverse faculty and board members, new initiatives and new staff, a new annual Conference, new outreach to those in crises, new countries starting SE training, and a new foundation for becoming more globally connected. We think of our new name and new identity to wrap all that, and more, inside. This past year, SEI focused on shifting our perspective to see the minutiae and the global perspective together.
This report reflects how we have done that.
