Meet the SEI Business Development & Fundraising Team

by | Jun 6, 2022 | FEATURED STORIES

Business Development & Fundraising is one of the newest departments in SEI, first established in late 2021. This team is comprised of two hardworking members, Paul Beverly, Director of Business Development and Fundraising, and Emily Tworek, Development Manager. Both professionals bring to the team years of experience in cultivating community connections and securing funding to support their respective organizations locally, regionally, nationally, and worldwide. SEI is enthusiastic to claim them as part of the SE family.

Paul and Emily are focused on a variety of goals, including supporting SE’s emergence into new markets through fundraising and partnership, building relationships with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners, and cultivating a culture of philanthropy and giving throughout the SE community with an eye toward sustainable growth.

As SEI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this work is essential to the long-term success of SEI, and Paul and Emily are tackling it with determination and heart. They say about their work, “We are here to support you and celebrate you!”

Currently, the Business Development & Fundraising department is looking for ways to introduce SE to new audiences, such as the research or medical community, and identifying pathways for the SE community to give their time and resources to make a positive impact on individuals and communities in crisis worldwide.

Being a donor is one of the easiest ways to get involved, and your generosity makes big impacts! Your stories can also go a long way in helping SEI meet its goals and grow the community.
