Meet the SEI Operations Team

by | Oct 25, 2022 | FEATURED STORIES

SEI’s Operations Department is comprised of seven team members: Krysti Giese, Managing Director of Operations; Daniela Pineda Soraca, Cultural and Operational Growth Manager; Deion Cossio, Systems Manager; Emily McCluskey, Manager of Accounts Payable and Receivable; Katy Neisler, Constituent Services Manager; Katelyn Johnson, Constituent Services Specialist; and Priti Boyd, Constituent Services and Operations Specialist.

This team is unique in that they serve many purposes: constituent services, technology, finance, HR, payroll, and benefits. In fact, they consider the octopus their team mascot for the many arms they are able to utilize when fulfilling needs. “We work across the organization,” says Krysti. “We help out when and where we can.”

The most recent accomplishments of this team have been those in the technology field. Deion has been working with all departments to update SEI’s technology to speed up response time, streamline processes, and remove the barriers that constituents have been encountering.

Another goal for the department is the continued evolution of the workplace to become more inclusive. In 2023, employees will be able to observe the holidays of their choosing and will no longer be limited to the US federally-recognized holidays. Additionally, they are planning diversity, leadership, and other trainings for staff, faculty, and board members to encourage ongoing learning and growth.

The Operations Department wants to hear from you! Please reach out and share your experiences, questions, and feedback.
