Emmanuelle began her healing career in 1993 in Toulouse as a licensed physiotherapist. Her dedication to holistic healing led her to explore bodywork and Eastern medicine in depth.
Her interest in Eastern medicine brought her on an extended learning journey through Asia. She deepened her knowledge and earned certifications in Ayurvedic Massage, in India, and traditional Thai Massage at Wat Po (Bangkok) and Chang Mai Hospital, in Thailand.
Upon her return to Europe, she pursued a diploma in Acupuncture from the French Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (F.M.N.T.C.). She also studied energy work with the French Society for Energetic Research and obtained her Sinergéticienne diploma in 2001 in France.
In 2002, Emmanuelle opened her TCM practice in Sion and, then in Lausanne in 2011, Switzerland.
She has continued to expand her therapeutic repertoire with additional training in Craniosacral Therapy, Relaxation Techniques, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Family Constellations.
Since 2011, Emmanuelle has focused primarily on Somatic Experiencing® (SE™), studying under many renowned teachers, including Dr. Peter Levine. Her work is further supported by advanced certifications in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy (ISP), SOMA Embodiment, Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) and EmotionAid®.
Emmanuelle is a certified Adult Educator, holding the FSEA Swiss Federal Certificate, which reinforces her teaching expertise.
Today, Emmanuelle teaches Somatic Experiencing® internationally, offering also workshops in her domain, consultations to professionals in Europe and beyond. Known for her dynamic class structures and creative teaching approach, she integrates her broad knowledge of Trauma, Somatic Regulation, and Bodywork into her practice and instruction.
Emmanuelle is dedicated to helping individuals and practitioners access safety, resilience, and healing by reconnecting with their bodies and regulating their nervous systems.
On a more personal level, her curiosity has led her to explore choral singing, Chinese painting, meditation and medicinal plants, among other subjects.
Her passion for movement, nature, and the outdoors, including climbing and mountain walking, fuels her energy, brings balance, and imbues her with presence, which is experienced in every professional interaction.
