We’re excited to share that for the first time in four years, SEI’s remote administrative staff will gather in person for a weeklong retreat focused on strengthening our organization’s future. From March 30 through April 3, our team will step away from regular office operations to build long‑term strategies, train on new technical skills, align on core values, and reconnect as colleagues. We’re also pleased to welcome members of our Board of Directors, who will join portions of the retreat to collaborate with the team.
What to Expect During This Week
* Monday, March 30 & Friday, April 3: Limited office availability. Staff will be partially accessible as we transition into and out of the retreat.
* Tuesday, March 31, through Thursday, April 2: The administrative office will be fully closed. Our team will be engaged in a full agenda of meetings, planning sessions, and team‑building activities.
* Normal operations resume Monday, April 6.
Important Scheduling Note
If you have trainings, events, or other needs that fall during the closure period, please contact the office no later than Monday, March 16. This will help us ensure your requests are prioritized and supported before the retreat begins.
