Crisis Stabilization and Safety is designed to improve team safety and reduce the potential for post-traumatic stress.
Crisis Stabilization and Safety (CSS) is an SE-informed training designed to support individuals, teams, and organizations responding to crises, escalation, and high-intensity situations. The training offers practical tools for increasing stabilization, safety, and capacity in the face of acute stress, disruption, or threat.
CSS was originally developed to support first responders and other professionals working in crisis environments. Over time, we discovered that these skills were immediately applicable across a much broader range of professions and organizations, making CSS valuable anywhere people need practical tools for responding to crisis, escalation, and high-stress situations.
Current Training Availability
