The New SEI Provider Profile

The Provider Directory is being migrated into the new online portal, powered by Fonteva. This email provides you with the information you need to ensure your information is input into the new system, and that you are searchable and contactable in the new Provider Directory when it launches on January 23, 2026.

Key Changes

  • The Provider Directory will now be housed inside the portal and will only be viewable by SE students and SEPs who are logged into the portal.
  • Privacy and Contact Info: To ensure your privacy, we will not be migrating addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses into the front-facing directories.  We recognize that many practitioners provide SEI with private home addresses for billing but use business addresses for the directory.
  • When you are approved for a new provider level, your directory listing will now be automatically updated with no additional manual steps!

Your Next Steps

  • You will receive an invitation to the portal. Once you create your portal login, please go to the My Info page and update your “Directory Address,” “Directory Email,” and “Directory Phone Number” to the data you would like to be used to contact you. If you do not take this step, no contact information will show on the directories. The deadline for this step is February 1, 2026, as the directories will go live the following week.
  • If you also have a Practitioner Directory, the directory data you input will appear on both directories.
  • If you receive two invitation emails, and your Practitioner Directory listing and Provider Directory listing have different email addresses, please contact SEI after you have created one portal login.
