Important Technology Upgrade Dates – Please Read

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TECHNOLOGY ROLLOUT

Dear Somatic Experiencing® Community,

We are in our final stages of our technology upgrade to the new online portal, where you will be able to access all your SE™ information, directories, membership, and more! The investment in this new system is a commitment to making all future interactions – from scheduling and registration to resource access and connection to the community—more reliable, intuitive, and efficient for everyone. This email contains information that may require action on your part, so please read this carefully!

The final stage will occur from January 15, 2026 – January 23, 2026. This stage is where we will transfer all the data from our current system to the new system. Because there are more than 85,000 contacts in the system, and the data transfer has to be clean we will be unable to create any new data, including transactions, in the current system during the upgrade week.

What does this mean for you?

  • If you plan to attend a training in the United States that will take place in February, you must register by January 14, 2026 to receive the early bird registration rate.
  • All transactions will be unavailable from January 15, 2026 – January 23, 2026.
  • On January 23, 2026, you will receive an invitation to the new system, at which time you can create a portal login and process any transactions.
  • If you have general questions that can be answered without looking at your SEI information or that do not require any transactions to occur, SEI will have a limited number of phone appointments available during this time.
  • If you have a training in the United States during this time, you will receive a separate email with instructions.

Through this new portal, SEI will be able to better support the global SE™ community to provide excellent trainings and SE™.
